This big grey cloud soaked us on our morning walk. But the sun came out and I was dry again by the time I got home ( sadly not the case for the dog!) via Instagram
And for dinner I made this surprisingly easy lamb rogan josh with brown rice and paratha bread that I made from scratch. The lamb came from our organic veg and meat box and the recipe for both the curry and the bread were Jamie Oliver. I think I may have used every spice we own! After quickly frying the onions and spices I added the lamb, garlic, ginger and chopped tomatoes with some water. Then it goes in the oven for 2 hours. I was supposed to marinate the meat in yoghurt overnight but it was still really tasty. The bread was a mixture of milk, flour and olive oil, quickly kneaded, rolled out and fried. via Instagram
Decided to give myself the weekend off work (it’s so easy to let it creep in when you work from home!) We’re just back from a rainy walk and for lunch I made these mini cheese and tomato quiches. Happy happy happy! via Instagram
