And for dinner I made this surprisingly easy lamb rogan josh with brown rice and paratha bread that I made from scratch. The lamb came from our organic veg and meat box and the recipe for both the curry and the bread were Jamie Oliver. I think I may have used every spice we own! After quickly frying the onions and spices I added the lamb, garlic, ginger and chopped tomatoes with some water. Then it goes in the oven for 2 hours. I was supposed to marinate the meat in yoghurt overnight but it was still really tasty. The bread was a mixture of milk, flour and olive oil, quickly kneaded, rolled out and fried.
