I Accidentally Turned Toothbrushing Into A Workout

Instead of standing there waiting, I started using those 2 minutes to move.

A set of lunges quickly became part of my routine. Sometimes Iโ€™d switch to squats, calf raises or marching on the spot. It isnโ€™t a full workout, but itโ€™s movement I wouldnโ€™t have done otherwise.

And my child thinks itโ€™s hilarious.

Pretend your legs are getting tired.

Make funny groaning noises.
