I Accidentally Turned Toothbrushing Into A Workout
Instead of standing there waiting, I started using those 2 minutes to move.
A set of lunges quickly became part of my routine. Sometimes Iโd switch to squats, calf raises or marching on the spot. It isnโt a full workout, but itโs movement I wouldnโt have done otherwise.
And my child thinks itโs hilarious.

Make It as Dramatic as You Like
The more dramatic you are, the more entertaining it becomes.
Pretend your legs are getting tired.
Make funny groaning noises.
Ask if theyโve finished yet with an over-the-top look of exhaustion.
